The way our integration with Cin7 works is that once an order is dispatch though Shipit, it writes back and changes the order stage to ready for invoicing. We often have customers come and pick up their orders and therefore the order does not need to be dispatched with tracking, but if we achieve the order from Shipit, there is no writeback and it misses being invoiced. Is it possible to add a PICKED UP option that would write back to cin7 with PICK UP as the tracking code?
