We currently use Direct Freight Express labels generated through Starshipit, but the reference field is too limited, which causes many of our product SKUs to be cut off on the printed labels. This makes it difficult for our warehouse team and the courier to verify contents accurately. Additionally, the Direct Freight Express labels generated in Starshipit use a different label size compared to our standard label format used for Australia Post. This creates workflow issues and requires us to switch between label sizes during dispatch. We’re requesting: An alternative way to display all SKUs on Direct Freight Express labels (e.g., expanded field, additional SKU section, second line, or appended packing slip). The option to choose the label size/format for Direct Freight Express within Starshipit, so we can match it to our existing standard label size. This feature would greatly improve packing accuracy, reduce dispatch errors, and streamline label printing across carriers. Thank you for considering this improvement!
