We are requesting that the Starshipit Unleashed Enhanced Integration include the ability to import fulfilment data via sales orders, not only via shipments.

Currently, the Enhanced Integration imports exclusively via shipments. This is incompatible with Unleashed's auto-assembly feature, which requires order-based imports to trigger correctly. As a result, our auto-assemblies fail to process automatically on every order containing assembled products, requiring manual intervention steps in Unleashed each time.

This capability existed in the Classic Unleashed integration, which supported order-based import. When we migrated to the Enhanced integration to resolve address-handling issues in the Classic version, we lost this functionality. We are effectively forced to choose which operational problem is the lesser of two evils.

We are not asking for shipment-based import to be removed. We simply need a configuration option allowing businesses to select order-based import as an alternative, for operations that rely on Unleashed's auto-assembly functionality.

This single setting would resolve a significant workflow blocker and restore parity with the key capability we had under the Classic integration.
