I want to be able to add a record of packaging inventory in my warehouse ie. Small box * 20 Med box * 40 Large box * 100 And as packaging is used in Starshipit, to reduce those quantities. In an ideal world I would like to be able to use this to track cost of packaging per order, and use this as a mechanism to understand when I need to re-order more packaging

Forwarding through comments from support ticket A single consignment (X1) failed during the automatic manifesting process on both accounts, which in turn caused all subsequent TGE consignments to fail for the next 5 days. I have two key concerns regarding this: Validation Issue: If the email format is not accepted by the courier (in this case, TOLL), shouldn’t Starshipit validate and reject this upfront, or at least surface an error before manifesting is attempted? Manifesting Failure Impact: A single shipment failure should not block the manifesting of all subsequent consignments. In this instance, one invalid shipment has disrupted our TOLL manifesting for almost a week. Can a change be implemented so that any failed shipments are isolated (and potentially an email send advising of the error), and the rest of the manifest proceeds as normal? Blocking all shipments results in serious delivery delays and potential returns — something that’s entirely avoidable. Note: Identifying the errored shipment was time-consuming. Starshipit’s error output doesn’t specify which shipment failed. Currently, as far as I can tell, the only way to pinpoint the issue is to either manifest orders one by one or exclude them sequentially until the error clears. This process is inefficient.

I find it inconvenient to uninstall or reinstall the app, as I have to reconfigure the CSV import monitor folders each time. The same issue occurs after updates. It would be great if the desktop app could retain CSV import settings during updates or reinstalls.

I wanted to set up an automation through Zapier whereby a review SMS is sent when Starshipit marks a parcel as delivered (under Transit Status). Turns out this is not an option in Zapier at the moment... Is that something that could be added? I could imagine a fair few businesses would be interest in sending review emails/sms once they have delivered their parcels to their customers rather than when the parcel is still underway or weeks after it has been delivered... Cheers!

On the commercial invoices for DHL, the Reason for text box is suffering from an overflow condition as the default text is too long. "COMMERCIAL PURPOSE OR SALE" This should ideally be changed to something like "SALE OF GOODS" as the commercial invoices are currently not readable and has caused customs issues for us twice in 10 days as they advised they could not read this.
