Add Support for Amazon Ireland

Customer currently has to manually input the information from the order into the TAX ID in Starshipit so that it is on the label. If it can be mapped to that field automatically via Shopify then it will be less manual work.

When passed through Amazon, it attached the additional 4 at the end of the postcode. For example 80123-4567 and the label will not print because AusPost only accepts the 5 digit post codes for USA.

I wanted to set up an automation through Zapier whereby a review SMS is sent when Starshipit marks a parcel as delivered (under Transit Status). Turns out this is not an option in Zapier at the moment... Is that something that could be added? I could imagine a fair few businesses would be interest in sending review emails/sms once they have delivered their parcels to their customers rather than when the parcel is still underway or weeks after it has been delivered... Cheers!

I want to apply transit cover to orders over $500 to cover half the total amount; ie. if the order total is $500, transit cover should be charged on $250 only.
