Instead of having to delete the product and re-add it with the correct SKU, you can change the SKU to the original in Product catalogue.

From Cin7s new API there is only address info imported into the Starshipit street and suburb field, not the city field. Both the Delivery address 1 and delivery address 2 get pushed into the Street field in Starshipit, whilst the Delivery city goes into the Suburb field. See screenshots I would like the ability to use use Delivery address 2 for the suburb - Then I would like the Delivery City to push into the City field in Starshipit. This is important for carriers that require a receiver city when printing - FedEx

Hello, We recently integrated Global e with starshipit. After the integration was complete we were told that it is not currently supported to download commercial invoices via starshipit. We are unable to send through DHL Ecommerce on global e without a commercial invoice. Is there any possible solution to solve this issue as we are needing Global e to be integrated with starshipit, as at the moment we are having to manually print everything on the Global e website which is very time consuming. Please let me know if it is possible to add a feature where we can download/print a commercial invoice from Global e via starshipit. This is the last step required to fully integrate Global e and starshipit together.

Hi, in our industry we our vendors are often changing barcodes for products so we often have products with various barcodes on hand. We need the ability to be able to add multiple barcodes for indivudual products please.

Can QTY and Company Name be added in the printed and shipped tab under Orders page in eShip?

Currently Auto import runs every 20 minutes. Would be a great addition to have a drop down option for this time range, say to change it from a list of options such as: 20 minute interval 60 minute interval 120 minute interval 180 minute interval Reason: To ensure that orders are correctly up to date with any possible changes that could have been made to them in the source system they are importing from. With a 20 minute interval this is too fast for any changes that could be made to the orders in the source system. With 2 hour interval you can be sure that orders from before the last hour are at their most up to date state to be imported to Starshipit.

Ability to filter with AND condition on the same filter option. For example I want to filter based on tags. I have one order that has tag A and the other order has tag A and tag B, currently if I filter, it will return both order but I only want order that has tag A and tag B.

Currently when the Item SKU on label option is enabled it replaces the order number in Cust Ref. I'd like to instead have the Item SKU replace the package name in Item Ref.

Allow Adding Destination/ receiver information on New Shipped Order trigger to update the Deal details in Hubspot. The data is available on the Get order Action but it would be good if the data is available on the trigger.

Currently it only allows for full percentage numbers. I need this to be able to have decimal numbers for correct rates.
