I want to scan & open / validate packing on orders that sit in the child account from the workflows section on my parent account

I would like the customs description I set in the Product Catalogue to be sent to FedEx

When the end customer entered "P. O box" with a space in between "." and "O" and their address won't apply to PO box rule. But they cannot control how the end customer entering the address so they are hoping us could enhance the rule from our end, for example, ignore the space.

Have an option to create a rule to automatically manifest orders e.g. once a day/week etc.

I want to have the ability to add one or multiple tags to orders that have already had a tag applied to them. See screenshot for detail of issue.

The couriers don't provide all surcharges and taxes on the api. This makes it difficult to select the cheapest courier (via rule or within the UI). If there was a way to define custom margins per service that would let us manually account for issues like this from the couriers

When we are processing orders, we sometimes select the wrong courier/service. Is there a way to arrange our preferred service at the top of each order?

I want to be proactively notified if a delivery is taking longer than planned, so I can proactively reach out to the customer

When entering details for the package such as actual weight, if you press enter the order prints. Usual user experience is that pressing enter confirms the field that you are editing when using software. This is causing users to accidentally print their orders when they are entering in details in the order.
