For example: I use live rates at checkout, if the rate returned is below $8.50 I want to override the live rates to show a flat rate of $15.

Provide rates based on a function enabled on checkout called "insurance" if it is enabled or not enabled. Then provide the rate to the customer for including insurance or excluding insurance

Similar to the rule we have for importing orders. Only show the Cheapest result on checkout for customers.

Currently there are no available rule actions for Flat Rate - Table Rates carrier

I would like to be able to filter the rates shown on checkout based on certain conditions (i.e don't show fastway to PO box users,weight ranges)

It would be great if we could upload our own rates to be used on the order's screen so that we can easily compare our manual rates with the ones returned automatically on the API
