Customers would like the option to print packing slips immediately after each label during bulk printing. Currently, the system prints all labels in one batch first, followed by all packing slips in a separate batch. Since these customers print both labels and packing slips on the same label printer, having them print sequentially (label → packing slip → next label → next packing slip) would improve their workflow.

Customer is requesting when bulk printing orders and packing slips, to have an option for the packing slip to be printed after each order/label instead of printing all labels first then all packing slips after. Customer wants the printing to be order 1, packing slip 1, order 2, packing slip 2 and so on....

Allow packers to continue scanning in Packing Validation without being interrupted by blocking errors in the scanning interface (using sound as the alert). This would reduce mouse and keyboard interaction, keep packers focused on scanning, and maintain packing workflow momentum.

Audio Alerts (Line Item Complete): Introduce a distinct audio alert to notify users when the required quantity for a line item has been fully scanned. This sound should be distinct from the existing successful scan and error alerts, providing clear confirmation that the item is complete and allowing packers to move confidently to the next item without checking the screen.

Hi, At FIT we input our ticket creation by selecting the volumetric size of each ticket. I would like a report which carries all my vitol information for example, date, ticket name, customer details ticket size for example 0.035 which MUST represent strictly the input selection from the customers end. All other information expected to see on a report like this, if you have a version of this report i'm happy to access it to ensure it meets all requirements. this is urgent.

Need the option to set up filtered order screen views as admin in admin account that then filter down to user accounts. Purpose: So users don't have to set up their own custom views for standard warehouse operating procedures.

We would like the ability for each child account within Starshipit to have its own branded Returns Portal. Currently, returns portal branding is applied at the parent account level, meaning all child accounts share the same branding and customer experience. This creates challenges for 3PL providers and businesses managing multiple brands. The requested functionality would allow each child account to have its own: * Logo and branding * Return instructions and policies * Customer-facing messaging * Returns portal URL This would provide a consistent brand experience for customers and improve flexibility for multi-brand businesses and 3PL providers.

I’m following up to see if there has been any progress on the Express courier integration within Starshipit. I was advised to submit a request last year, which I did, and I’d appreciate an update on whether any developments have been made since then. Having Express integrated into the platform would be extremely helpful, as it would remove the need for manual bookings on our end. The Standard and Immediate Priority services are working very well through Starshipit, so it would be great to see Express supported in the same way.

I want to be able to see tax amount of an order in the UPS commercial invoice to do spot checks on if the tax amount is applied correctly.

I would like the option for the product catalogue to be used at checkout for the Wix integration.
