Currently, Starshipit webhooks only fire for consignment status changes — such as Printed, Manifested etc. However, there are no webhook notifications when a consignment is Archived or Deleted. This gap makes it difficult for external systems (like ERP integrations) to stay synchronised with Starshipit data.

I ship large and heavy items (think: concrete mixer) and I would like to have an option available at the checkout that the items can be collected from a depot location. I want this as otherwise my customers would need to pay a huge amount for tail gate lift fee if such order would be delivered to a residential location.

Add the ability to generate one packing slip per item or set (e.g. plant + pot + accessory) when multiple quantities are ordered. Allow an option to print separate, repeatable slips for each item or set within the same order.

Add an option to group pick lists by SKU or category (e.g. Plants, Pots, Accessories) so warehouse teams can batch pick more efficiently. Request: Allow grouping by SKU category with section headers for clearer, more organised pick lists.

We are a 3PL customer and have set up as such. We have multiple clients and would like the ability to see which customers have new orders to fulfill without having to go into each one. Is this something that is on the road map already and if so is there a timeframe as I am sure we aren't the only ones experiencing this.

Improve branded hub tracking for depot collections by displaying a clear status like “Ready for collection from depot” instead of misleading statuses (“In transit” / “Out for delivery”). Also align status terminology (e.g. Dispatched/Delivered/Collected) across the UI, branded hub, and notifications for consistency.

We use the get weight function integrated with Dymo scales for consignments. I currently use scanning for package types, carriers, and printing via workflows. We would like the ability to trigger the Get weight function via barcode scanning as part of our workflow.

I'd like to be able to increase the size of item barcodes as they are small be default.
