Currently, once an order is printed in Starshipit, any subsequent fulfillment (e.g., for exchanges or additional items) the same order cannot be re-imported. This blocks processing of additional shipments for the same order and requires workarounds like cloning the order which is inefficient and error-prone. Use Case: Scenario: After an order is printed in Starshipit, an exchange is processed in Shopify, and new items are added for dispatch. Expected Behaviour: Starshipit should allow re-importing whenever a new fulfillment exists, regardless of previous fulfillment status. Impact: Streamlines exchange and re-dispatching processing, reduces manual work, and removes the need for cloning workarounds.

Currently when importing via API and merging order, it only writes back to the parent order. It would be good to be able to writeback to the child orders as well.

I want to filter my New orders based on a date range.

My customer wants the ability to be able to add any Shopify item metafield to the custom packing slip and it shows up. He wants to have: Image | Description | SKU | [SUPPLIER CODE] | qty So would make their process of picking and packing much easier!

I would like to request that as a rule condition shipping zones can be used with higher functionality. For example: Shipping zone is not, shipping zone is, shipping zone is within etc Currently you can only use this condition as : Shipping Zone > Shipping zone name Indicating shipping zone is but you cannot use zones as is not This is important to my business as we use shipping zones and the cheapest carrier rules to avoid agent suburbs with more budget carriers as we do not want to increase our risk of parcels being handed onto agent carriers and being lost or increasing delivery times as we have seen in the past. I need to use shipping zones as currently we list all suburbs but with additional requirements like weight brackets for certain carriers this would become extremely hard to follow and shipping zones simplify this allowing us to use the rules engine more effectively.

I ship large and heavy items (think: concrete mixer) and I would like to have an option available at the checkout that the items can be collected from a depot location. I want this as otherwise my customers would need to pay a huge amount for tail gate lift fee if such order would be delivered to a residential location.

Support DHL eCommerce for landed costs

Customers would like the option to print packing slips immediately after each label during bulk printing. Currently, the system prints all labels in one batch first, followed by all packing slips in a separate batch. Since these customers print both labels and packing slips on the same label printer, having them print sequentially (label → packing slip → next label → next packing slip) would improve their workflow.

Currently, the order number is mapped to special instructions on the FedEx invoice and we would like it to be mapped to the purchase order number or elsewehere.
