Save filter as view functionality: Ability to edit filters on a 'saved view' and have the setting saved when opening/closing orders

If using a saved view, you should be able to add/remove filters from this as you go without it changing. Currently, these changes are removed when you go into an order and back out of it again (i.e. the filters revert back to the original saved view).
