Hi Jackson, thank you for your feedback! In UI 2.0 you are able to show and hide columns in the Orders grid based on your specific business needs.

To hide the 'Country' column, open the column options menu (blue cog on the right side of the Orders grid below 'Create order') and untick 'Country', then click 'Apply'.
