Currently, dates are displayed in the DD/MM/YY format, which is not intuitive for most U.S.-based users. This causes confusion and increases the likelihood of human error when sorting or filtering orders by date. I would like the option to change the dates format to (MM/DD/YY), most importantly on the orders grid and packing slips.
