Thank you for your feedback! Shopify users now have four different ways to import notes left by customers at checkout, including to the notes section (available in UI 2.0 only) or as delivery instructions.

We print customer notes on the parcels, eg. 50% are leave at door or leave "here" etc. - however 50% are related to something else, we need to be able to clearly see and read them and delete note in starship it so it does not print on label - The note should stay on shopify so we still have it for reference. Please see attached screenshot of how readytoship displays it.
