When writing back for pickup in store orders, mark the order as ready for pickup rather than picked up

The issue is more prevalent now though because everyone has the shop app on their phone and when we print the label they get a notification from that app that their order has been marked as picked up and the customer freaks out

Any updates on this one? Would be nice to have the shopify log of when a customer actually collects a order in our store. Also atm it tells the customer in the SHOP app that their order has already been collected when we print the label, we often get emails and customers are confused about why their order has already been collected

Rhys Evans I would also like to know as our business doesn't offer click and collect but we still allow locals/staff to pickup and may offer CC in future.
