If I cancel orders in Shopify after the order has been imported into Starshipit, my packing team won't know that that order has been cancelled and no longer requires packing. Can Starshipit reflect when orders are cancelled in Shopify?

Starshipit has now introduced a real time sync which means that each time you import, we will update the orders in Starshipit with any changes from Shopify.

This is a must have. If cancelled in shopify, should not be able to print a label and ship it, otherwise can be picked and packed by mistake

This is a great feature to have. Also, some apps like post purchase have windows of time where the post purchase is open to accept before closing. Normally this is 15-20mins max, which means being able to set a sync stagger after the order time will allow for changes to the order (draft orders being finalised or orders cancelled). My two cents :-)

Starshipit is considering syncing order changes from Shopify in a future update

The best fix for this would be when startshipit does the next check for new orders etc at it actually updates existing orders as well. I would like to be able to use order tags in shopify to restrict whihc orders actually come into Starshipit
