As a merchant,

I want the flexibility to add additional couriers beyond my plan’s included limits for a small additional fee,

So that I can scale my shipping setup without being forced to upgrade to a much higher pricing tier.

Context / Problem

There is currently a significant pricing jump between plan tiers. For example:

• Professional: $200 AUD per month with up to 4 carriers

• Enterprise: $550 AUD per month

For merchants who only need a small number of additional couriers, upgrading tiers is not cost-effective—especially when they are already paying for other add-ons such as Landed Cost, Mobile Pick and Pack, or WMS.

Proposed Outcome

Allow merchants to purchase additional courier slots as an optional add-on, enabling:

• Greater flexibility without forced tier upgrades

• Fairer pricing aligned to actual courier usage

• Easier scaling as shipping needs evolve
