Description:
Customers are reporting that the order history/activity log is no longer visible on orders once the order is more than one month old. This makes it difficult to review what happened on older orders, including tracking updates, label creation, shipment events, user actions, and troubleshooting details.
Expected behaviour:
Order history should remain available on older orders, or there should be a clear retention rule displayed if history is intentionally limited.
