Dynamics 365 Business Central: Sync only posted shipments and use Shipping Agent as trigger (NZ Post eShip)

Details:
For the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration, NZ Post eShip requires that only Posted Warehouse Shipments or Posted Sales Shipments are sent through (orders that are picked, packed, and ready to ship).
Requests:
Add an option to import/read posted shipment records only (not unposted sales orders).
Allow Shipping Agent to be the integration trigger instead of Shipment Method.
(Optional but preferred) Write tracking/package number back to the Posted Sales Shipment record to enable tracking links in BC.
Impact: Integration is blocked until the workflow matches posted shipments and Shipping Agent triggering.
