Description:

Starshipit should properly enforce the “Do Not Ship” rules to prevent excluded SKUs from being included in the shipment payload.

Current Behaviour:

When a “Do Not Ship” rule is applied, Starshipit excludes the item visually but still includes it in the shipment data sent to BigCommerce.

Proposed Improvement:

Prevent excluded items from being included in the shipment payload, ensuring that only the correct items are sent to BigCommerce.
