When orders containing Bill of Materials (Make items) are imported from Cin7 into Starshipit, both the parent SKU (bundle) and its component SKUs are included and selected by default. This requires users to manually deselect the parent SKU before booking shipments to avoid duplicate quantities, incorrect weight calculations, and potential overcharging. Customer is wanting a feature to automatically exclude or untick BOM parent items and only process component lines would improve workflow accuracy and reduce manual handling.
