Couriers Please sorting machines only work if they have manifest data before the driver loads the parcels onto the machines. Currenly any automatically manifested data is being received at 2am the next day meaning many of the parcels are not being automatically sorted at the CP depots. This can lead you much slower transit times and the need for human intervension. The ability for the user to adjust the time at which the Automanifest is sent or simply sending it much early . e,g 6 pm will resolve this issue.
