We’ve released several improvements to give you more flexibility, reduce manual steps, and make shipping data more accurate:
- Automanifest scheduling– Automanifest previously only ran once nightly. You can now choose the exact time of day it runs in Settings → Couriers → Scroll to the bottom -> Auto manifest. This helps you align label generation with courier pickups and warehouse operations.

- UPS automatic void on archived orders– InSettings → Couriers → UPS, you’ll now see a setting called Automatically Cancel Archived Orders. When enabled, archiving an order will automatically cancel the UPS label with the courier. Learn more about cancelling orders
- Package weight calculation in UI 2.0– When changing a package in UI 2.0 (via scan or selection), the system now uses the sum of item weights (or imported weight) instead of defaulting to the package’s preset weight. This ensures packages reflect actual order contents.
- Australia Post Collect at Post– The “Collect at Post” option is now automatically forced into Address Line 1 when required by AusPost’s Collection App. This resolves cases where it was being mapped incorrectly, ensuring manifests process correctly. No additional set up required
- OpenCart HS Codes & Country of Origin– OpenCart 2.0.3 integration now imports HS Code and Country of Origin fields, so international shipments can generate compliant customs labels (e.g. DHL).
- Packing summary template variables– Custom packing summaries now support%ItemSize%and%ItemColor%variables. These were already available in default summaries and are now extended to your customised templates. -> Learn more about custom templates.
- WooCommerce delivery instructions mapping– InSettings → Integrations → WooCommerce, you can enable “Copy delivery instructions to order notes.” Once switched on, delivery instructions entered at checkout will appear in WooCommerce order notes and in the Notes column in UI 2.0.
