NZ Couriers, Post Haste, and Castle Parcels Tracking Support

We have added support for tracking events to be loaded through for NZ Couriers, Post Haste, and Castle Parcels.

This means you can use the Starshipit branded notification templates for email and SMS notifications when shipping orders with these couriers.

For example you could configure a picked-up, out-for-delivery, and delivered notification to go out.

In addition, orders will move from Printed to Shipped automatically when the first tracking event is received for an order.
