Minor Feature Enhancements – June 2025

A handful of small updates that may be useful depending on your workflow. Here’s what’s changed:
TNT
: You can now display SKUs in delivery instructions by enabling the Show SKUs in delivery instructions
 setting.
Flash Couriers
: Rates now apply automatically at checkout — no setup needed.
Unleashed Integration
: Company name now maps automatically to the company field. If the name field is blank, we'll use the company name for both.
DHL Express
: 
Signer’s name is now included on the commercial invoice for improved documentation compliance. 
You can also now use TheirRef
 (e.g. PO number) instead of the order number as the shipment reference by enabling Use THEIR REFS as Customer Reference
 from the DHL Express settings.
TGE IPEC
: A new setting allows you to override the Commodity Code
 sent on labels. Leave it blank to default to Z
, or enter a 1-character custom value to avoid incorrect cubic charges.
Australia Post
:
 The new Manifest return orders on print
 setting makes it easier to drop off return orders at the post office. 
Compliance updates for Alcohol deliveries in Victoria.
 For shipments containing alcohol going to Victoria, we now automatically set an addressee requirement to comply with state legislation. This law applies to first-time or gift recipients of alcohol, who must be present, show valid ID proving they are 18 or older, and sign for the parcel. Because it’s often hard to know in advance who qualifies, we apply this flag to all alcohol shipments to Victoria. This cannot be turned off on an order-by-order basis.
Shopify Integration
: Enable the Consolidate Shipping Methods
 setting to consolidate multiple shipping methods into one view in Starshipit.
NZ Post Express
: Sunday pickups now supported — no additional setup required.
Freightways
: Pickups now supported for Castle Parcels and NZ Couriers.
