Reconcile invoices using any courier
You can now reconcile freight costs for any courier by uploading a CSV and entering the tracking number column name. If the column isn’t found, we’ll show a clear error to help you correct it. This makes it easier to verify charges even when the courier isn’t directly supported.

Print SKUs on Allied Express labels
You can now include product SKUs on Allied Express labels, making it easier to scan, sort and identify items during fulfilment and delivery.

Use ‘Their Ref’ as a barcode on packing slips
There’s a new setting that lets you use the Their Ref field as the barcode on packing slips, without changing your existing setup. This is ideal for teams that rely on custom references to match orders in their internal systems.

Open and fix failed orders faster in Quick Print
We’ve added a new button to the Quick Print page in Classic UI that appears when an order errors. You can now jump straight into the order to fix the issue, keeping things moving without leaving your workflow.
