Starshipit now supports
Packing Validation
which enables you to scan product barcodes to ensure the correct item has been picked. You can then track the progress of items in real-time during the packing process.By reducing packing errors you'll save money by not sending out incorrect orders, reduce your customer service enquiries, cut down on returns and create happier customers.
To access Packing Validation:
- Make sure you’re using UI 2.0.
- In the left menu, navigate to the Workflow option.
- Select the Packing Validation option from the list of options.
- Enter or scan the order number.
- Click Search.
