An AI bot that monitors user work and suggests / creates rules to streamline order fulfilment, packaging, addresses, carriers etc.

Right now, I have to create so many rules and I can't even copy a rule to a new one. The rules parameters I need are also not available. I feel like a human AI bot doing the same things over and over every day.
