This comes up a lot with especially Shopify users where they map address line 2 to building field and then their customers include PO Box information in that field.
With courier rule mapping there are couriers that cannot ship to PO Box/Parcel Lockers so they setup a rule for Destination Street - Contains and assign the PO Box orders to a courier that can ship to them.
However this means that PO Box information must be included in the StarShipit street line for the correct courier mapping to work, which is not possible with some checkout configurations such as Shopify.
We have an option in the Shopify integration to map address line 2 to building field. It would be good to capitalize on this option by having a rule for Building.
The only current solution we can offer to this problem is for the user to disable address line 2 in their ecommerce platform.
