This should be part of everyone's workflow. I had Readytoship and they had:

Order Number, Customer Name, Item name, a picture of the item and quantity which was huge so you couldn't miss it.

The current setup isn't intuitive at all. If you can have a picture of the item the dispatch person won't ever make a mistake expecially forcolourways. It should also have multiples of the item for instance if soeone buys two green caps it should have two pictures of green caps sitting side by side.
