Packing Slip: Tag Packing Slip Printed gets removed if order is updates on Shopify

When Packing slip is printed, it gives a tag called Packing slip printed but when an order is updated on Shopify, it removes the packing slip printed tag from orders grid.
The Packing slip printed tag should remain as it is even after the order is updated on Shopify.

Here is scenario
- Orders are printed in starshipit and packing slip tags are generated.
- While picking it is noted 1 item is a preorder.
- We add preorder tag in shopify and also a supplier tag so we can keep track of what preorders are to what suppliers.
- starshipit then removes the tag generated from 1.
