When importing orders from Cin7 Omni, mobile numbers for manual in-store orders are not being imported into Starshipit. The mobile number recorded in Cin7’s Contact Details section is not mapped to the Starshipit phone field.
Web orders import mobile numbers correctly, and if a number is entered in Cin7’s dedicated “Phone” field, it also imports successfully. However, in-store orders rely on the mobile number in “Contact Details,” causing missing phone data when importing.
