Currently a mark as picked button appears for each item, but selecting one will mark all items as picked. I'd like staff to have to pick each item separately.

Hey Caleb Varney. Just letting you know that the ability to mark individual items as picked is now live in the app! You can enable Manual Quantity Adjustment in the settings to pick items one at a time :)
