Hey all — I’d love to understand more about this.

From my point of view, the app’s designed just for picking and packing — not managing orders or product data. If there’s missing info, it seems like something that should be fixed either upstream (e.g. in Shopify) or in the Starshipit web app where there’s full editing access.

Letting packers change things like colour or size on the fly feels a bit risky — they’d need to know exactly what to update and why, and that could cause more confusion or errors. Happy to be wrong — just trying to understand the use case :)
