Prior to the most recent update, it was possible to require a print job in order ot mark an order as packed. This caused the "complete packing" button to go away and just have a full-width "print" button when packing.
This was a super important feature. Accidentally hitting 'complete picking' means putting down the phone, disrupting workflow, and manually hunting down the 'packed' order on the desktop app.

Hi there,
Apologies for the disruption. This has not gone away, we have just modified the settings to allow for greater flexibility (some users would prefer ONLY marking as packed, for example).
Under settings > Print Settings
- print labels from this device - mark as yes
- Require printing before completing - mark this as yes
