Support 'Item Summary' packing summary in template editor

Currently the template editor only supports the 'Order summary' packing summary, but I use the 'Items summary' version, and would like that to be supported by the template editor.

We've added the item summary template to our template editor as well. Let us know your thoughts and if it needs any further fields for customising :)
