I would like to request that as a rule condition shipping zones can be used with higher functionality.

For example: Shipping zone is not, shipping zone is, shipping zone is within etc

Currently you can only use this condition as :

Shipping Zone > Shipping zone name

Indicating shipping zone but you cannot use zones as

This is important to my business as we use shipping zones and the cheapest carrier rules to avoid agent suburbs with more budget carriers as we do not want to increase our risk of parcels being handed onto agent carriers and being lost or increasing delivery times as we have seen in the past.

I need to use shipping zones as currently we list all suburbs but with additional requirements like weight brackets for certain carriers this would become extremely hard to follow and shipping zones simplify this allowing us to use the rules engine more effectively.
