Pick & Pack: Scanning items and matching them in an order

Example of how this would work:
- Pickers pick orders in bulk using packing slips. Packing slips are printed in sorted alphabetical order for SKU.
- Packers take picked products + packing slip to packing station.
- Packers scan the barcode for the order number on a packing slip into Starshipit.
- Packers then scan each item and - Starshipit will validate if the item scanned matches what is on the order.
- Any invalid products will be advised of by Starshipit, and packer will deal with invalid product appropriately and collect correct product.
- After the whole order has been scanned a label will automatically be generated, or can be generated by pressing enter on the Starshipit interface.

Thanks for adding this long awaited feature. Just a few things to make the order validation more functional
- Audible beeps for matching and invalid scans
- Logs of when and who did the validation
- There seems to be too much interaction using the mouse, it would be more efficient if the validation screen moves to the packing page automatically and I would prefer if the weight dialog gets selected after selecting or scanning the packaging type; I need to select the packaging and then select the weight field to get the weight. Prior versions would allow automatically selection of the weight field.

Hey guys, so going back through this, people have been asking for it since 2020, then there is a comment from StarShipIT;
"Starshipit will be looking at scoping this feature out further in 2021."
This is now two years ago.
Is this feature happening or not? It's got 62 votes, clearly the highest by a long way.
Can we get an update here with actual details if this is happening or not?

Are we any closer to having this feature...I am on the fence about jumping to ship station as it has a vastly superior scanning and mobile app capability...which is fast becoming frustrating with starshipit...seems they are falling behind the 8 ball

Is there any chance we see the order picking validation feature in StarshipIt?
For example, the person at the packaging station scan the order number using the quick print window.
Then he/she needs to scan the barcode of the picked products.
If the correct items are picked, Starshipit prints the shipping label.
If not, it shows an error message saying "wrong products are picked".
