Currently, when an order is partially picked on the mobile app, there is no way to return later and complete the remaining picking stage. When users search for the partially picked order, the mobile app shows a prompt saying the order has already been fully picked.

Add the ability to reopen and continue picking orders that have only been partially picked, instead of treating them as fully picked.
