Currently, when importing orders, Starshipit defaults to loading orders from the past 5 days. Customers have requested the ability to adjust this default time range in settings to suit their order volume and fulfilment workflow better.

Thank you for your feedback! ⭐️ UI 2.5 now remembers your chosen lookback period for integration order imports. Previously, it reset to 5 days each time. Set your preferred number of days once, and Starshipit will prefill it for future imports. Your choice is saved in the browser on the device you’re using. If you use another browser or device, you’ll need to set it there too.
This saves you a step each time you import orders, so you can get on with preparing and fulfilling shipments.
