I’d also be keen to see notes on orders. On our old platform we had ‘Internal note’ & ‘note to buyer’ (which added a note to the confirmation email I think, never used it much) that we could put whatever into it. I think an extra free text box under additional details would do the trick. Tags would work but if it’s more detailed note it probably wouldn’t be ideal

Hey Alex, it could be anything, for example
*add complementary gift soap
*add thank you card
*add we are sorry card with this text: bla bla bla
The tags are great for standard things that always repeat. But special things can't be captured

What kind of note would you want to be leaving? Could you utilise Tags (which display the text on the order for your pickers/packers to view)?
