Users cannot manually switch between DDP and DDU for Evri shipments within Starshipit. The courier relies on rules to assign duty settings, and there is no UI control or override at shipment level. Additionally, after label generation, there is no clear visibility in the platform indicating whether duties and taxes are paid by sender or receiver.

This creates inconsistency compared to other carriers (e.g. DHL Express) and makes it difficult to confirm shipment duty responsibility.
