Currently table rates and live rates are set around conditions based on destination and weight conditions. Can we please add support around value of goods.

This will enable customers to offer: Eg A customer would like to offer Flat shipping rates for any order <$50. If the order reaches $50 or > they would like to offer free shipping.

Here is an example of a recent request from a retailer:

Flat rate shipping of $9.95 if orders are under $100 (exclusion of postcodes);

Free shipping if orders over $100 (exclusion of postcodes and certain specific bulky goods items);

The excluded postcodes are WA and regional areas;

Live shipping calculator for bulky items which will be classified in Magento.

By not having this in our conditions means the retailer needs to either build it themselves in their shopping platform and typically require the services of a developer, costs to achieve this can be extremely high and cost prohibitive and so many retailers settle for no solution and potentially are losing out on shipping on a number of transactions.
