We would like to be able to add decimal based percentage for checkout margins to accurately calculate shipping fees at an ex-GST rate i.e. Full shipping cost divide by 1.1 (or alternatively negative 9.0909090901%)

E.g. $11 shipping times minus 9.09090909% would give me $10 ex-GST shipping fee

Currently there is no decimal based percentage, only whole percentage number.
