Currently the checkout rates will return a rate in the same fashion as if you were to get a rate from within an order in the new tab but without ticking Signature Required or Authority to Leave.

Would like to be able to enable the ability to fetch rates on checkout while flagging the rates check with ATL or SIG depending on what default was enabled within the carrier integration advanced settings in the Starshipit account.

This creates continuity between what the user has for defaults on dispatch when making labels, and what the customer is charged on checkout for that specific label that would be created.
