We've done some automation where shipment status from Starship pushes to Monday.com . However there seems to be no status for "Returned to Sender" and "Left at a Collection Point" . Packages under these status are showing as "Delivered" which is causing some confusion. Are we able to add these status in Starshipit so that when for example, CouriersPlease tagged packages as Returned to Sender or Left at a Collection Point - these shows in Starshipit and then the correct status will be forwarded to Monday.com . At the moment, Returned to Sender and Left at a Collection Point status in CouriersPlease are showing as Delivered in Starshipit
