Add Title criteria to Checkout Rules | if title of product contains [DG] then add margins or allow only these couriers

We are struggling on DG shipping items. Currently we put [DG] in the title of all our dg goods so staff know when shipping and we also update the skus to only allow certain carriers. However updating the skus is very time consuming for multiple businesses and 3PLS

It would be nice if we could say if title of product contains [DG] then add margins to these carriers OR only allow these carriers. Can this be added?
