Jacson Stuart is from EFM which is 3PL and they have a child account where they want to hide the custom margin line when they display the courier rates.

Reason being:

reason we would want this is because we don’t want the margin amount to be visible to the user (Drummond Golf). We have the buy rates from StarTrack who charge efm directly, and then efm apply a small margin on top of this before charging to Drummond Golf (the customer / child account in this instance). As such we would want to hide this amount so that it is not visible to the customer.

That being said, we would still ideally want Drummond Golf to be able to see the total price of a movement so that they can determine which service is best to use and weigh up the price vs. service level.
