Returns: Field to upload photos/describe damage.

There is currently no way for the users customers to enter information/details on damages or upload photos for the users reference when the item is returned.
Some users struggle to understand what the fault or damage was and the reason for the return and would like a field for the customer to have the opportunity to elaborate in.
