The returns portal is currently based on item name/description only but it would be ideal to have the product variant included too (i.e size, color). Sometimes customer can purchase an item having same name but different variant but when trying to return only one specific variant from returns portal, it is only allows the selection of item description so the customers then have to email their customers to confirm which items are they returning
