We have some products that are not classified as Dangerous Goods, but cannot be shipped using air freight, like Australia Post Express. So instead of setting the item to only ship via a Set Courier & Product Code, being able to Exclude a Courier & Product Code (or exclude multiple Couriers) would be even more useful.
