I would like to get more information on my packers to see how efficient they are to be able to compare packers over time against each other. This would help with staffing and knowing who is slacking off.

I would like

a) a timer on the validation window so the packer knows total time they are on this order.

b) Be able to view per user their item/time and order /time

Timer could start for the order when the order is scanned and packing validation begins and the timer ends for the previous order when at the same time
